Welcome to our new website! I’d like to tell you about a new venture called AIS Solutions Group, a new spin-off company of AIS Computers. For the past two years I have had the honor of serving our customers as President of AIS Computers. One of my jobs was to launch a new services team at AIS. Thanks to your support that team is now a separate company – AIS Solutions Group, LLC (AISSG).
As a separate company, we will be able to put even more focus in serving our customers’ Information Technology (IT) needs in four primary areas of service:
- Network Design/Installation/Support – Mac & Windows
- Web Design/Development/Hosting – Static, Dynamic and Flash sites
- Help Desk Support & On-site services – Mac & Windows
- IT Consulting – Advice, reports, outsourcing, programming, audits
AIS Computers will continue to serve customers by providing sales and service at the Fayetteville and Savannah retail stores.
I have accepted the responsibility of leading the new AIS Solutions Group. Christy Turner is now serving as the General Manager of AIS Computers – Fayetteville. AIS Computers can be contacted at the same phone number (770) 461-2147. Our new phone number is (678) 833-0870. Both companies are sharing the same building at 165 Carnegie Place in Fayetteville.
Not sure who to call? In general, AIS Solutions Group will focus on providing Apple and Windows on-site and consulting services. AIS Computers will operate the retail store including Apple sales and in-store service. We will work together to make sure your needs are met, regardless of who you call.
